Rusty Pipe Mechanical is an awesome company with very knowledgeable service representatives. They bailed me out of emergency situations on multiple occasions. The most recent was a furnace failure when the weather was -20 degrees C. I phoned them at midnight and they responded right away and had the furnace operating quickly. Rusty Pipe Mechanical us a good honest and reliable company while does not take advantage of the situation.

Rusty and his team provided friendly and great service replacing a fourteen year old Lennox air conditioning unit and a new Goodman unit. The entire service was completed within one day, and the crew was very conscious of being tidy and cleaning up afterwards. An added nice touch was Rusty visiting the next day to ensure the unit was operating properly and I was completely satisfied with the quotation and installation experience. I now have a new contact and phone number for all future heating, plumbing and air conditioning needs. Would definitely recommend!

We would recommend Rusty Pipe and Mechanical and his team to anyone!! They are absolutely the best, best!! This is the 2nd time that we had to use their services over the past 7 years, and I was impressed the first time, and am so, so impressed this 2nd time, that I am sharing our experience (first time ever providing a testimonial for any company... that is how I value their service and great work!). Scenario - it's Canada Day long weekend: we came home a day early (Sunday) from being at the lake for 10 days, and found that our hot water tank was leaking. Found Rusty's phone number and gave him a call. Help please!. He advised what to do, and was at our home in a very short time. Because the tank was not that old, he thought that we should try replacing the pressure relief valve first, which would be less costly and might fix the issue. But, he told us to watch it closely for a couple of days, which we did. On Tuesday evening, we discovered that it was leaking - pouring out of the top through the seams. Called Rusty and indicated that it looked like our Hot Water tank was 'done". He indicated that he had a team in our community the next day...so in less than 24 hours, Rusty's team picked up a new hot water tank, delivered and installed within 2 hours of being at the home, and all with great professionalism. The old tank had something wrong with the inside lining (not sure). But, what I am sure about is this: what service! how great he and his team are!. Thank you. Thank you!!

Called for a replacement hot water tank at 3PM and had one installed the next day be 10AM. Called another plumbing that promotes that their price can't be beat. The only issue is it can't be done for over a week. They then indicate they can do it right away for an additional $250.

We had a sudden and dramatic faucet leak on June 23rd evening. When contacted, the fellow asked how serious, were we able to turn it off or the main water valve. The tap only leaked when turned on, so he arranged to come over early the next morning. The fellow Brian who came was polite friendly and professional. He kept good humour even though I had pulled everything out from under the sink and the kitchen was in a mess. He took photos of the counter underneath the faucet and determined that a new faucet was the only answer. He went and bought one after asking me what kind I wanted and returned within half an hour, faucet in hand. There was disintegration from the water requiring him to cut down a couple of blocks of wood to attach the new faucet - quite innovative and effective. After installing he asked if I needed help putting things back, which I declined.
The next day I was visited by another plumber/consultant, Clint, who double checked the repair and the concern about the disintegration which is considerable. He also was helpful, professional and polite. He measured the counter, then went to Ikea to get some quotes on replacement counters. I told him we may or may not be able to go ahead and he said at least I would have the info I needed. He returned next day with his material and installation quotes and explained them completely. I was very pleased with the attitude, the help and the advice. Good people.
They apparently work with seniors who register with City Links, Senior Maintenance and Repair, if you own your own home and your income qualifies.
This company is great. Today they did my water hookup for my fridge and gas hookup for my stove. Excellent service. Well worth using this company and they are so friendly and helpful when you have questions.

Every company experiences hiccups in their customer service. And sometimes a customer complaint does not make to the right person so that the proper action can be taken. A second call to the office prompted Rusty himself come to inspect and correct the installation. I appreciate the time he took and that he made no excuses for the first installer. He assured me that he would take the time to give further training to the installer as to what the procedures should have been. Rusty takes pride in how all his staff are performing their jobs and is willing to take the time to keep them rather than always finding new technicians. I believe that action will make for a solid long term company.

We are much impressed with the way Rusty Pipe Mech. handled our recent problem with our air conditioner. We had first called the technician recommended by the installer, but were told diagnosis and repair could take months! When Rusty pipe showed-up, they found the suspected leak location in minutes. They checked all areas for leaks, and left the unit pressurized for a few days to ensure there were no leaks. This required several visits, and they managed to coordinate travel with other jobs to reduce costs. The cost was more than reasonable, and the service we received exceeded our expectations!
